350 g Dairy free chocolate chips (I use Australian organic dark chocolate chips)
320 g Nature's Charm sweetened condensed coconut milk
3 tbls Coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp Vanilla essence
⅛ (pinch) Himalayan salt

Instructions

Line loaf tin (6" x 3.5") with baking paper.
Create a double boiler on your stove by filling a small saucepan half way with water and placing a large, heat safe bowl on top.

Place all ingredients into the heat safe bowl and over a low heat stir constantly until all the ingredients are melted together.

Once mixture is melted, pour into loaf tin and put into the freezer to set.
Set for 1 hour before cutting.
Store in airtight container in fridge for 2-3 weeks or freezer for 2 months.
